    I don't expect too much from dining in Gonzales but this small family run place was a nice exception. The star of the show was the homemade tortillas. You could wrap just about anything in them and it would be great. The green salsa came in a close second. They need to work on the red salsa as it was more tomato sauce than salsa. There were 9 of us that night and the food came out reasonably fast for a large party and everyone enjoyed their food. Hope to come back and try their breakfast tacos. Several people who got them in our group really liked them.

    Best Mexican food in Gonzales. I have been eating here since I was five years old. Their ingredients are always friendly staff is always friendly and it is always such a pleasure to take people here and show them a little bit of what Gonzales is all about. Besides the history we love really good food. PS don’t forget to ask about there a grande size tacos. Robert specialist the best.

    Food is always great, real authentic Mexican food made by local citizens. Busy atmosphere and always full of customers. One of the best places to eat in Gonzales!

    Always awesome! No matter how packed they stay on point and the wait is never long. The food is always fresh and full of flavor.
